Reaxys

Dear Reaxys user,

We would like to inform you about the process of changing the Reaxys access authentication method that Elsevier is undertaking in order to give our users the opportunity to work more efficiently.  This transfers your Reaxys access to the standard Elsevier system used to support other products such as ScienceDirect. This migration is scheduled for August 1, 2012.

If you access Reaxys via a username and password, a new Registration ID will be provided for you to validate.  Once validated, this Registration ID will provide access to Reaxys and all other Elsevier applications that you have a right to access.

It is important to note that all current Reaxys registration data, especially alerts and saved results (history), will be lost during the migration.  These will have to be recreated upon re-registration.  Registration instructions will be provided separately to your administrator.

Please find a guide on how to back-up and restore your alerts and hitsets at: https://www.reaxys.com/info/files/Reaxys_alerting_history.pdf

We apologize for any inconvenience these changes may cause.  Our local customer care team will be happy to address any questions you might have.
